These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exhibit Domain website and our website design, hosting, and related services (the "Services"). By using this site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The services

Exhibit Domain provides website design, development, hosting, and support for manufacturing and industrial businesses, sold as monthly or annual plans (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise) and as custom projects quoted individually. Plan features are described on our pricing page and apply to the plan you select. We may improve or adjust features over time.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

• Annual plans are billed yearly and are our standard rate. They include a 7-day money-back window from the date of purchase.
• Monthly plans are billed each month at a higher rate and can be cancelled at any time. After you cancel, you will not be charged for the following month.
• No long-term contracts. You are not locked into a multi-year commitment.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until you change or cancel them. You can cancel anytime by contacting us.
• Payment methods. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. Payments are processed by those providers under their terms.
• Taxes. Prices do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Delivery

Standard plan websites are delivered within 24 hours of a completed order. An order is complete when we have received your payment and the information needed to build the site. Custom projects follow the timeline stated in their quote. Timelines depend on you providing content and feedback promptly.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the rights to any content, logos, images, and materials you provide. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us the license needed to use it to design, build, host, and maintain your site. You agree not to provide content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to send spam, to host malware, or to interfere with the operation or security of our systems or other customers. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Hosting

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Hosting includes reasonable disk and bandwidth allowances for a standard business website; unusual usage may require an upgrade. We may perform maintenance and may suspend service for non-payment or for activity that threatens our systems or other customers. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any critical content.

Intellectual property

Once your account is in good standing, you own the content and the published design of your website. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, code libraries, and design systems, and of any reusable components we use across clients. Our name, logo, and site content are our property and may not be copied without permission.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as payment processors, domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific search ranking, traffic, lead volume, or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhibit Domain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Exhibit Domain harmless from claims and expenses arising out of content you provide, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Termination

You may cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate the Services for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to any refund terms above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and applies to your continued use of the Services.
